Jerry is the co-founder of Faith Comes By Hearing (originally known as Hosanna), which he started in 1972 alongside his wife, Anet, as a Christian cassette tape-lending library. Their unwavering commitment to the Word of God has led the ministry to become a recognized leader in Audio Bible production and engagement. Before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Jerry and Anet served as itinerant missionaries in the western United States.

Jerry has been a strong advocate for the unique needs of non-literate communities and has pioneered numerous strategies to make Scripture available in a language and format which best serves people. His leadership has been key in driving the ministry's focus on Vision 2033—a goal to ensure that every person can have access to God's Word in a language and format they understand.

Mel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico and has been Faith Comes By Hearing’s chief financial officer since 2004.

Before joining the ministry, he served as chief financial officer and secretary/treasurer for several major construction firms, responsible for more than $50 million in annual revenues.

Under Mel’s financial leadership, Faith Comes By Hearing has been a top-ranked charity with Charity Navigator for 17 consecutive years.

Clay Jackson, the son of Faith Comes By Hearing's founder and president, has faithfully served the ministry since 1983. With a visionary mindset and a practical background in engineering, he has developed far-reaching strategies for Audio and Video Bible production and engagement, earning several patents through these efforts. In his role as the Board-appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Clay actively engages in nearly every aspect of Faith Comes By Hearing's global activities.

On the personal side, Clay has established separate businesses and non-profits designed to support ministry needs around the world, including manufacturing logistics operations throughout Asia. He co-founded a house church for international students and immigrants and serves as a board member for several other Christian organizations. Clay and his wife, Thuy, invest substantially in ministry work and are deeply involved in Scripture-based transformation initiatives in Vietnam, Thailand, Peru, and India. They also support orphans worldwide.

With over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector and a decade of entrepreneurial expertise, Susan has a proven track record of fostering and maintaining financial growth. She oversees all donor and church engagement activities, aiming to secure essential funding for ministry needs. Additionally, Susan leads strategic planning and the execution of communication and marketing programs that support the ministry's goal of providing God's Word for every person. Her passion for generosity motivates others to join in the mission through giving. Since joining Faith Comes By Hearing in 2003, Susan has been dedicated to this cause. She and her husband live in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Morgan Jackson is passionate about people hearing the Bible, working to ensure everyone on Earth may hear Scripture in their heart language by 2033. He has served at Faith Comes By Hearing for more than 40 years and is the ministry’s Senior Vice President.

The son of Faith Comes By Hearing founders Jerry and Anet Jackson, Morgan has traveled to more than 80 countries to build lifelong relationships with Kingdom-minded ministry leaders and supporters.

As a storyteller, Morgan transports listeners to villages, refugee camps, churches, and schools, demonstrating the personal impact of hearing God speak the language of the heart. He recently authored Enter the Story, a collection of these accounts of transformation from around the world.

Morgan and his wife Mary enjoy time with their three married children and eight grandchildren. They also love to camp, hike, and fish. If Morgan has a fishing pole in his hand, teaching a grandchild how to fish, it is a great day!

As one who loves languages and the diverse peoples who speak them, Lori’s passion met her calling when she joined Faith Comes By Hearing in 2001. Just prior, she and her husband served overseas as missionaries in Russia. Gaining expertise in intellectual property and recording operations, Faith Comes By Hearing has grown their catalog of Audio Scriptures from 100 to more than 2,000 languages during her tenure.

She has invested over two decades of relationship-building with many of Faith Comes By Hearing’s partners around the globe, the fruit of which continues to bless the communities we serve to this day.

Lori possesses a deep appreciation of the history and legacy of the ministry’s humble beginnings and strives to instill these core values among staff whose giftings advance the cause of Vision 2033.

With over three decades of involvement in Bible translation ministry, Alex currently serves as the Vice President of Oral Bible Translation (OBT) at Faith Comes By Hearing. Alex experienced firsthand the power of Audio Scripture when the recording of the Bible translation he and his wife helmed brought amazing life transformation. For Alex, Render software for Oral Bible Translation is a game-changer, as it empowers oral community members to accomplish Bible translation with minimal dependence on “experts.”

Alex’s greatest joy is to train, equip, and build capacity in local churches, agencies, and individuals to achieve Oral Bible Translation. He believes a trained and equipped local church will help accomplish Vision 2033 goals. Alex’s philosophy in ministry is to “Think big and pray big, and God will do the impossible.” Alex is blessed with a wonderful wife and two children.

Dave Parton, who serves as Faith Comes By Hearing’s Vice President of Global Partnerships, is a seasoned leader with a passion for driving organizational growth and fostering innovation. With a diverse background spanning various industries from pastoral care to residential construction, Dave has honed his skills in team leadership, strategic planning, organizational management, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a thought leader, Dave believes in the power of effective communication and collaboration to drive positive change and bring departmental alignment within organizations.

With a commitment to continuous learning and development, Dave stays updated on the latest trends and best practices in leadership and management. His dedication to excellence and drive for results are invaluable.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dave has been married for 15 years, and he enjoys spending time with his family exploring new places, taking road trips in the family van, and tackling the next outdoor adventure with the kids.

Jon completed an electrical engineering degree in 1993, spent 21 years working on systems and software in medical imaging, supercomputing, and cybersecurity. He then joined Faith Come By Hearing in 2014, serving as manager, technology architect, and now vice president. He has been thrilled to contribute to a wide variety of Faith Comes By Hearing technologies including Render, Bible Brain API, Bible.is, and usage analytics. He enjoys puns, concision, efficiency, details, documentation, collaboration, systems integration, math, and science.
